Surface Water 1 is the second required for surface water treatment plant operators to become Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) certified. Surface Water 1 covers topics relating to surface water plant operators on a more in depth level such as: Coagulation, Flocculation, Sedimentation, Filtration, Disinfection, and Calculations.
